This course is designed for children and teenagers to cultivate their potential to live aware of the present moment by learning how to apply skills such as mindfulness, mindful yoga, forest bathing, and non-violent communication practices into their daily lives with the support of their parents.

Implement Mindfulness, Mindful Yoga and Forest Bathing routines.

Manage emotions such as stress, anxiety, sadness, and fear.

Adopt a non-violent approach to day-to-day communication with themselves and others.

Approach problem-solving situations in a calm, critical, and empathic way.

Minimize needless misunderstandings at home, school, and other social scenarios.

Adopt a respectful and sustainable attitude towards nature.

Apply full attention strategies to keep focus and alert.

Make better decisions considering their own and other people's needs.

Experience loving-kindness and gratefulness towards life.

Loving and caring attitude towards their body and Mind.

Program aims:

To allow children and teenagers to cultivate their present moment awareness by teaching them how to develop and implement skills such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, forest bathing, and non-violent communication practices into their daily lives. To offer families a safe space for learning and transferring experiences that further development of personal, interpersonal, and nature-friendly skills in order to explore their potential to live more intentional, meaningful, and sustainable lives in today’s world.

Program description:

A 12-week course specially designed for children, teenagers, and their parents to help them explore their potential to live in the present moment. This course aims at teaching young learners how to apply skills such as mindfulness, mindful yoga, forest bathing, and non-violent communication practices into their daily lives with the support of their parents.

This course includes: 

  • Ten (10) face-to-face classes
  • Two (2) natural retreats
  • Users’ Manual to navigate the Course and activities
  • Access to an e-Learning platform with Basic resources
  • Online tutoring service during the course

Develop a stronger connection with yourself and with others

Young learners may become more aware of what happens within their inner self and in the surrounding environment. They will also improve their emotional intelligence, by developing practical skills in the areas of communication, concentration, nature-friendly attitudes, problem-solving, conflict resolution and creative thinking, using practical strategies to deal with challenging emotions such as stress, anxiety, sadness and fear.

As the parent:
