Circle of empathy invites anyone wanting to quench their curiosity towards mediation and Mindfulness in their daily lives, to make a pause. You will experience different techniques from moving to concentrative ones, following a holistic approach (physical, mental & emotional) in your meditation practice.
The course runs on a small groups, of maximum 8 students, to cater for personal needs.
